i am super stoked to finally be indulging in a weekend though unlike summer, it's not thursday the usual day off i've been seeing officially for months now, but who cares i am stoked to finally relax and i can take my sidekick timer off 6:45AM that i always change to 7:15AM and sleep in until god know's when (9AM) and start my day.....

i have a half a tank of gas, and the entire city of portland at my fingertips though i never know what to do! i had thai food with my mom tonight, schmoozed with the parents, and drove back home to my crappy apartment playing the following songs:

"somebody rock me" -the killers/the clash; it's from an album called "clash killers" and personally i hate the killers though i've been known to like their gayness, and personally i love everything the clash so i was curious to hear this, i found it off knrk.com which if you're not a portland resident it's our local alternative station and by alternative not usually top 40's but some slips by.... one of the dj's who plays my favorite segment of that station posted a site by a dj named 'party ben' and this is one of his things. i play it pretty regularly in the car and oddly enough it made me wanna listen to the killers again.....
"hella dare you to smoke" - gorillaz/no doubt/deep purple; again 'party ben' doing my car's shitty stereo justice. this is probably my favorite mash-up though i have to say lately the amy winehouse remix is fucken as rad as shit can get i swear, but this comes in a smooth 2nd/1st/tied with the other ones. i'm finding these songs to be good songs to do a lot of things to and if you're like me, which is a slob, who needs motivation to workout or really to do anything, these songs make it pretty easy to get up off my ass, and stop staring at my itunes wondering what to play
"rehab" - amy winehouse (breaks remix); extra long, extra rad, if you like amy winehouse check it out personally this might be the favorite though i claim the other two to be the favorite as well so whatever they all are awesome i am indecisive i can't pick, i pick them all!!!
